Douglas has been working in finance, sales and marketing in large and small organisations for over 20 years. Following a long and successful career in corporate he launched into mortgage broking in 2014.
He is a hands-on customer focused professional. He is degree qualified with a CPA and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. He holds a Diploma in Finance – Mortgage Broking and is passionate about getting great outcomes for his clients. At home he is outnumbered by his wife and two daughters.
Therese has over 25 years experience in banking, finance, commercial and residential lending and mortgage broking. Therese has mentored, coached and consulted in various capacities since 1999. She is an experienced Residential and Commercial Lender who holds an MBA from Adelaide University, a Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management), a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and is a Full Member of the MFAA. A true champion for excellence, Therese is passionate about the industry and supports its continuing professional development.
Andrew Cole has been working in large and small organizations in the sales/marketing and personal development areas for over 20 years.
Andrew graduated from Adelaide University with an Economics degree in 1989. In 2000, Andrew formed AWC Business Solutions – a training and coaching organization specialising in the development of organizations and individuals. AWC Business Solutions has been delivering high impact coaching and training services for large and small businesses.
Marc has worked in financial and investment markets for over 20 years.
Starting his career at Coopers and Lybrand (now PWC) Marc joined Goldman Sachs before leaving to becoming a founding partner and Director of Evans and Partners – a full service investment and advisory firm.
Marc holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University, is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Financial Planner

Tim has over 12 years banking and finance experience within the big four banks and broker advisory roles. Having worked as the Senior Marketing Manager across Brand, Sponsorship, Retail, Commercial and Broker channels, Tim has a unique skill set to identify business growth opportunities. Tim is passionate about growing businesses with a key focus on the customer experience.
